The CA State Use Program (CASUP) allows California agencies to contract directly with qualified nonprofit providers—without the traditional competitive bid process—while fully meeting procurement requirements.
CASUP is the only program dedicated to guiding agencies through this process, providing trusted expertise, clear education, and confident connection to qualified Community Rehabilitation Programs (CRPs).
